What is the application procedure?

• Apply online and send us your complete application here.
• If your application meets the necessary requirements, we invite you to one of our selection days (bilingual interviews and assessment center - German/ English).
• According to the results of the selection day, we decide whether you are accepted temporarily to the SIBE talent pool.
• Having passed the KODE®-competence test you are finally accepted to the SIBE talent pool.
• The Master's program starts once you have signed a contract with a partner company.

Contracts:
Three contracts are signed:

1. SIBE - Partner Company (service contract): The contracts are submitted in duplicate to the partnering company.
2. SIBE - Student (qualification agreement) Students receive their agreement together with their enrolment certificate.
3. Partner Company - Student (employment contract/ internship agreement): This contract is signed simultaneously with service contract and qualification agreement. If needed we can provide you a sample contract.
