Career entry or career advancement
Our students push their career with their MSc-studies. They pursue their career with the backing of a proper education and an international full-time project within a company. Either the student looks for the desired company himself/herself or he or she is matched to an adequate company by us. This process is supported by a career coaching free of charge.

MSc-studies
All our students gain relevant professional experience by implementing a challenging international project in a company of their choice. With their projects, our students generate a benefit for their company of at least 100,000 Euros.
Accompany your partner company on its way of internationalization! The program provides you with the necessary management know-how. We help you being successful with the support of experts, who coach you on an individual level, and thus support you achieving the best results in your Master's program as well as your company! Moreover, the program helps you develop a large personal network. It also leaves you with the possibility of the later conferral of a doctorate.

Salary
The University fees are paid by the sponsoring company. On top, every student receives a salary of at least 1,300 Euros per month, which is comparable to a graduate scholarship.
